About the Partnership Manager role

The Back2Work group has maintained a consistent and sustained pattern of growth coupled with a diversification of service offerings over the past five years and as such an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Victorian based State Partnership Manager.

This role is designed for a strong, customer focused individual with demonstrated experience in building strong commercial relationships and developing strategic partnerships in line with business objectives. Working alongside the Victorian State Manager, the State Partnership Manager role is pivotal to provider relationships across the state and to ensure future brand growth within the Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian markets.

While the role is based in Victoria, travel to South Australia and Tasmania will be expected.

Ideally you will be degree qualified with a Health related Degree.

Primary role responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager National Partnerships, the primary responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Day to day dealings with key customers to review performance and implement strategies to improve performance across provider branches, regions and states

  • Ensure Back2Work KPIs are met in regards to employment outcomes

  • Regular contact with all lines of management,  providing monthly and quarterly performance data to all customers

  • Customer and Market Growth that are in alignment with company objectives

  • Managing existing customer relationships,  ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds customer expectation

  • Drive customer strategy to maximise opportunities and product diversity

  • Seeking opportunities for brand exposure and growth opportunities

  • Identify new business opportunities, working with new customers to ensure the successful commencement of services

  • Provide Back2Work State Managers and consultants ongoing training and support as well as regular customer feedback to ensure ongoing refinement of products and services

Essential Skills and experience

In keeping with the philosophy of the organisation, as the successful candidate you will demonstrate the ability to be self-directive, proactive and flexible in your approach to your work.

 

You will demonstrate an understanding of how employment can improve the wellbeing of job seekers, as well as possessing the following:

  • Minimum five years experience of demonstrated experience working in a customer facing role

  • Demonstrated experience in meeting sales KPIs and customer growth targets within a similar sector

  • Demonstrated relationship management experience and ability to develop new strategic partnerships

  • Experience within the Employment Services industry or similar would be highly desirable

  • Understand the expectation and customer need of Employment Service Providers and their key drivers

  • Enthusiastic, strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience within the Health or Rehabilitation Industry or Employment Services Sector are highly desirable.
