  Territory Manager – Di Bella Coffee

  • One of Australia’s largest coffee roasters
  • Grow and maintain new and existing customer accounts
  • Full time position - Victoria Based
We have a rare opportunity for an energetic, motivated and business minded individual to join our Di Bella Coffee field team as a Territory Manager. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Coordinator, you will work alongside a team of Business Development Managers to assist in the effective growth and management of the Independent Foodservice accounts customer base through delivering superior customer service. This role is a hands-on field based role that requires operational excellence and execution in market to deliver customer based solutions.
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Assist BDM with identifying new business areas for development
  • Provide education to customers on troubleshooting techniques for both coffee and technical issues
  • Create, plan and deliver coffee education to Accounts on all aspects of producing quality coffee to help build sales
  • Assist in new customer set ups ensuring effective collaboration with all appropriate operations departments
  • Provide professional and responsive customer relations for both current and potential customers.
  • Assist in store opening specifically relating to building the knowledge and skills of the coffee quality and excellence
  • Liaising with Head Office staff on state specific projects
  • Manage new and existing customers to ensure account terms are maintained
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Strong practical and theoretical experience with coffee is essential
  • Previous state/territory management experience within the coffee industry is beneficial
  • Proven leadership qualities with strong influencing skills
  • Experience in franchising, hospitality and/or retail industry is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
This position will service a territory of stores across Victoria so travel is a definite requirement. You will be provided with a company car.
