Hermitage Homes is an established and reputable residential building company that specialises in building turnkey house and land products for the investment market since 1997.  Our new Display brand has been rapidly growing and is providing beautiful homes for families across Melbourne.  We are a land and Commercial developer with new exciting projects on the go that keep us challenged and energised.   

The New Home Sales Consultant will be the first point of contact for all our clients, managing a well-designed Display Home and the Sales process. The new Display Home is located in Geelong. This is a rare chance for someone to significantly impact the success of our new brand. We are looking for someone with previous sales experience and who wants to do more than just wait for leads to come to them. If you have ideas and an action plan to actively source clients, create a better-than-best Display Home experience and work with the team to create a reputable name – we want you!

Our passion for customer service and value will provide a home that our client can build memories with their loved ones for years to come.

You will be responsible for:

  • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service for all clients
  • Find various lead sources and implement sales strategies to maintain a strong database
  • Create, manage and update effective marketing material in liaison with the marketing/graphic designer
  • Manage and maintain all web, phone and walk-in enquiries with accurate and thorough CRM documentation
  • Build and foster relationships with internal operations to collaboratively deliver the best solutions to our customers

What you need to join this exciting team….

  • A passion for customer satisfaction and delivering with integrity
  • Ability to build rapport and care for others
  • A key strength in diligent & responsive customer service
  • Experience in sales/customer service – Essential
  • Experience in the Building Industry– Preferred but not essential
