The Sydney Boulevard Hotel is renowned for its refinement and personalised service. The Hotel boasts 270 contemporary guest rooms, two food and beverage outlets and 11 function rooms.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager with proven sales skills to ensure the hotels continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new and existing corporate, government and leisure accounts.
- Create new product initiatives and effectively execute the corresponding sales strategy.
- Generate new business through a combination of cold calling and relationship management.
- Conduct sales calls and site inspections to promote the hotels brand.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and interstate sales calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in the hospitality industry with track record in corporate and government sales capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the current sales environment
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with good time management skills
- Must have a current drivers licence.
