The Opportunity
If you have the desire to shine in a role that will provide you with a variety of tasks and have you dealing with clients on a day to day basis, then this could be for you.  You will be working B2B and be responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities within the Human Resources and Training markets.

 

The Position
You will play an invaluable role in making things happen and contributing to the overall client experience. You will ensure excellent customer service is delivered from the initial contact, provision of information and follow up. You will contact business and government to introduce them to our services and products.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • To be passionate about providing an exceptional level of service
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and time manage work requirements
  • To be confident to get on the phone and make calls to prospects
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge in MS Office

 

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven successful career history
  • B2B experience in client services, sales or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work towards and exceed KPI's
  • Knowledge of CRM practices/software

           OR: Experience in the training industry.

 

The main duties of this position include:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Being the first point of contact for new email enquiries
  • Using a consultative approach to explain the product to potential clients
  • Administrative support for existing clients
  • Developing mutually beneficial partnerships and nurturing relationships with clients to secure and increase repeat business
