About the business and the role

JF Retail Display Pty Ltd is an industry leading manufacturer of standard and custom Point of Purchase (POP) displays for Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Retail Stores and much more and require an Sales Coordinator.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to our valued customers
• Handling inbound calls and outbound calls to assisting the Operations Manager in areas of the business as required
• Industry and competitor analysis
• Handling orders and enquiries via phone and email
• Assisting the Operations Manager with quotations, work orders and invoicing
• Ensure smooth efficient office and warehouse operations
• Dispatch and booking couriers and transport pickups as required
• Assist with the storing / relocating items in the warehouse

Skills and experience

• A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum 3 years Sales Coordinator experience
• Proactive & strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment, without direct supervision
• Strong administrative skills including Outlook / Word / Excel & PowerPoint capability
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as well as attention to detail
• Experience in the industry would be advantageous but not essential
• A positive, team focused attitude and stability in your working history

Job benefits and perks

On offer is a base salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 plus superannuation contributions and bonus with the office located close to the M5 Corridor, with on site parking.
