Selling 100+ cars per month, outstanding customer enquiry, supportive manufacturers and a diligent marketing team, an experienced Sales Manager is sure to succeed. Located on Moggill Road at Indooroopilly this site experiences endless enquiry from walk-in, phone in, internet and social media.
We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager looking for the next challenge who has the ability and experience to cross sell between new and used. We want the best and we are prepared to find it. We have expanded dramatically over the past 5 years and we need someone that has the same level of enthusiasm that we have for the car business.
It is all about attitude. We need a closer! Someone that is not afraid to ask for the business, but can provide the customer with a memorable experience. Working in the Indooroopilly dealership hub - we have the biggest and best used car facility in the area and currently the number one Jeep dealer for volume.
To be considered for the role you must be able to provide evidence of the following:
- Management experience of high volumes of customer traffic and sales
- Ability to follow sales processes and daily time management structures
- Provide leadership and structure in the sales process
- Train and motivate a professional sales team
- Achieve and exceed set targets and budgets
- Strong focus on F&I and aftermarket
- Eranet / Excel / Autogate savvy
- Ability to work as part of a large group of automotive professionals
Working alongside a committed senior management team, you will be mentored, coached and motivated to grow the business to new heights.
