AWA Technology Services (AWA) is one of the business units of Cabrini Technology, providing a wide range of information technology services to government, industry and system integrators. Cabrini Technology is wholly owned by Cabrini Health, a not for profit operator of hospitals and provider of health services.

AWA Technology Services is a well-established service provider offering services solutions within the IT sector. Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced Account/Client Services Manager to work on day to day account management and implementation programs

AWA is currently seeking a candidate with good account and project management skills with a collaborative work approach and an ability to successfully manage client relationships. The main purpose of this role will be to work on AWA’s key and emerging accounts and will be the go to person for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accounts are effectively managed. This role will report to the Director National Sales and Business Development.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Provided end to end project delivery overview and liaise with Business Development Managers, operational teams and Project Managers
  • Engagement with all stakeholders from the business and with key customers
  • Scoping and detailing new project opportunities
  • Production of reports and conduct insightful weekly, monthly and Quarterly business reviews using data extracted from the call management system
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholder on orders, rollouts and escalations
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Reporting on the progress of projects and schedules of work
  • Providing training and handover to internal customer service team during project completion
  • Seeking opportunities for business growth within the accounts
  • Monitoring and reporting against customer SLA’s
  • Establishing and maintaining a shadow portfolio of solutions regularly demanded by customers
  • Maintaining account and opportunities in Salesforce CRM

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • At least 3yrs experience as a business project manager
  • Experience within a print and or IT solutions environment
  •  The ability to create high quality sales proposals and quotes
  • Experience in full end to end solution delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
  • Ability to meet project timelines
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills and experience in report writing,
  • Strong customer service culture
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in using Call Management and CRM systems
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Flexibility
  • Comfort when presented with new and complex challenges
  • Ability to constantly achieve above and beyond what is expected
