NEATO Employment Services are currently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Bundaberg.

The Role

This is an exciting and rewarding position liaising closely with clients, employers and community organisations. The primary function of the role is nurturing existing employer relationships, responding to new business enquiries and developing business relationships in a target market, with the goal of securing employment opportunities for our clients. The successful candidate will carry out duties including but not limited to;

  • Connecting and engaging with a diverse range of clients and employers;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and employers;
  • Developing business opportunities with employers to achieve organisational objectives;
  • Undertaking effective marketing of clients to secure employment outcomes;
  • Liaising with Employers to secure employment and training opportunities for clients;
  • Planning for industry needs and projected areas of growth;
  • General administrative duties, such as preparing professional resumes for clients;
  • Inputting and retrieval of information and data in relevant company databases;
  • Taking vacancy information, short listing and referring suitable applicants to vacancies;
  • Actively working with clients in order to progress their career development;
  • Delivering excellent customer service and assisting clients and employers with queries;
  • Actively promoting suitable and sustainable employment to all clients.


About You

As part of the Bundaberg team, you will support the team with your excellent communication, people skills and marketing ability in delivering quality employment services to achieve organisational objectives. Recent experience in a customer service or sales/marketing position, and relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.

You will be competent in the following role expectations:

  • Able to connect and engage with a diverse range of clients;
  • Talented relationship builder with new and existing employers;
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPI's and agency targets within agreed time frames;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Strong administration skills, including the effective use of MS Office;
  • Target and timeline driven, with a high motivation to achieve agency outcomes;
  • Ability to think creatively with a marketing and sales orientation;
  • Skilled at problem solving with a talent for conflict resolution;
  • Adaptable to work effectively both within a team environment and autonomously;
  • Ability to be organised, have strong attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Capacity to respond quickly and accurately to vacancies with our clients;
  • Accurate data entry of client notes into industry specific computer systems;
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, professionalism and a strong work ethic;
  • Understanding and adherence to privacy and confidentiality guidelines;
  • Ability to conduct site visits to employers (Must hold valid driver's licence).
