The Omega team is expanding & we are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative who is a strong relationship builder and has solid phone sales experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and is looking for a long term career.
You will be committed to making outbound phone calls, generating revenue opportunities and meeting set KPI's.
The successful candidate would be rewarded for their efforts.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Following up and closing sales opportunities
- Generating leads
- Assisting the inbound team during busy periods
- Calling customers to obtain feedback
- Assisting with complaints
Ideally your personality, background & skills would include:
- Experience with phone based sales in a service environment
- Previous experience dealing with customer complaints
- Understanding and empathetic personality
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- Be focused on achieving goals and objectives
- Be proactive & outcome driven
