About the Role
A rare opportunity to join a respected, high energy Consumer Sales Field Team. This is a permanent, full-time role managing some of our largest customers, reporting into the Regional Sales Manager.
As an Area Sales Manager you will accountable for driving sales through effective ranging, speed to market and best practice in-store merchandising.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to build your fundamental sales skills in a fast paced, competitive sales environment with training and team support provided.
If you have a passion for sales and flair for building strong and influential relationships with diverse stakeholders this could be the opportunity you have been searching for.
Key Deliverables:
- Accountable for achieving your territory RSV budget and delivering the retail execution plan with excellence.
- 'Build Trust' with key customers (both internal and external), as you develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of your territory and a hunger to win and grow your market share.
- Influence and build displays in prime locations driving effective distribution and physical locations of our brands.
- Meet reporting requirements and maintain accurate customer records through the use of CRM iPad tools and software.
- Overnight regional travel will be required from time to time.
What we are looking for:
You will be motivated by the idea of taking on new opportunities and challenges with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Area Sales or Territory Management experience preferred within desired industries; FMCG, CPG, Pharmacy & Retail Store Management.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy essential.
- Resilient and goal driven whilst prioritising key business objectives.
- An ability to work autonomously within your territory and an openness to contribute towards the wider team goals.
- Valid driver’s license.
