IMMEDIATE START -
We are fast growing medium sized company looking for a customer service & sales consultant who can deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following attributes;
- Exceptional English language communication skills- both written and verbal
- Experience in dealing with wide a range of customers
- Clear and professional phone manner a must!
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Fast typing speed and proficient in Microsoft Office & APPLE (IMAC) - with confident admin skills
- Strong problem solving skills and can work under pressure
- Self starter and can multitask
- Confident, motivated
- Citizen or Permanent Residents need only apply.
- Previous experience taking phone enquiries⁄bookings will be highly regarded
At least 3+ years of solid experience in a similar customer service & sales experience in Australia - We are looking for an experienced, energetic and confident employee to join our team and hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will suit a small but fast paced office environment with a long term perspective. We are looking for looking for someone who is flexible with and looking to work 25-35 hours per week, with more work during peak times and vacations. Flexible with school hour requirements.
