Hornsby Honda located on the North Shore is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our busy team. We are an established Honda dealership in a premium north shore location.
About the role:
You will be directly supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless coordination of the delivery process. It is your mission to act as a link between our sales team and the client, and provide an outstanding level of communication and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Schedule deliveries for customers to collect their vehicles
- Ensure that all vehicles are prepared correctly for delivery
- Liaise with sales team and related department to ensure the process is smooth
- Control standards of all vehicle deliveries
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and have a flexible approach
