About this Opportunity

As part of a vibrant team, your primary responsibility as Client Coordinator will be to support the sales and successful delivery of corporate training, consultancy and other training related activities in support of the business development team.  

In this diverse and fast paced role, your daily duties will include:

  • Working with the Senior Business Development Manager and Client Managers - EEA to ensure that revenue targets are met and gross profit targets maintained across the corporate training, consultancy and graduate sales lines;
  • Working closely with the Engineers Australia Business Development Management team to assist with client opportunities that they uncover and pass through to EEA;
  • Assisting the EEA sales team to fully scope and develop these opportunities;
  • Maintaining the EEA Sales CRM through Salesforce to ensure accurate data and reporting is available at all times;
  • Being the administrative contact point between EEA Sales and EA BD team for Salesforce and data management;
  • Ensuring that any product or sales issues are identified and resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer;
  • Responding to all client leads and enquiries in a timely manner, and provide feedback to the business on customer related issues, questions and suggestions.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated passion and aptitude for customer service  
  • Previous experience with CRMs, data and reporting is desirable
  • Highly- developed organisational skills and strong attention to detail
