Australian Outdoor Living is currently seeking highly motivated, hard-working and committed Sales Consultants to join our Pergola, Verandah & Decking Division.
All of our leads are inbound and are generated from our extensive advertising budget. We have an in-house Customer Relations Team who qualify and confirm all appointments in advance for our Sales Consultants, so there is no cold calling required.
Experience with Pergolas, Verandahs and Decking is advantageous but is NOT essential as we offer full sales and product training to all new Consultants.
The role responsibilities include:
- Working in an in-home sales role
- Providing the utmost high-quality customer service – ensuring the customers have a pleasurable experience from start to finish
- Converting leads into sales
- Working on the road
The successful candidate will:
- Possess strong organisation skills and the ability to follow processes
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated sales skills and thrive for the thrill of closing a deal
- The ability to work Saturdays
- The right to work in Australia
