The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an internal sales coordinator with customer service skills to work for a company that specializes in network cabling products..They are the leading distributor of network cabling and infrastructure products, supplying directly to contractors and trades people.
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am - 5pm
- Port Melbourne Location
- Working with a small team
- Tidy office environment with showroom for counter sales
- Working in a passionate team that have fun and celebrate success
- On the job training
- Temp to perm role (permanent after 3 months of successful employment)
The Role
- Office based position
- General administration
- Providing customers with the best service
- Customer interaction mostly over the phone but some counter sales as well
- Preparing quotes, following up quotes and fulfilling customer requirements
- Sourcing products
- Processing customer orders
You Will Have
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good personal presentation
- A proactive, can do attitude with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to understand technical concepts
- The desire to be part of a successful team and contribute to success.
