Pelactiv – one of Australia's leading skin care companies is seeking a super motivated, enthusiastic individual to join their team of Account Managers.

The job:

This is an on the road sales/training position which is heavily focused on business building.  Full training is provided, with ongoing support from your Managers and co-workers.  Essentially you will be responsible for:

• New business development
• Extensive cold calling and product demonstrations
• Attaining KPI's
• Territory Management
• In salon training
• In-salon demonstrations
• Expo participation
• Merchandising
• Management and growth of existing account portfolio
• Participation at Beauty Expos
• College Training

Successful applicants must have:

• Strong sales experience
• Able to travel at short notice
• Ability to be flexible with time
• Strong organisational skills
• Multitasking skills
• Excellent people, phone and organizational skills
• Beauty Therapy qualifications (or equivalent)
• Impeccable presentation
• Be highly motivated, honest and reliable
• Must have own car
