The Telstra Business Centre & Plus IT is a market leader in providing Telecommunications & IT solutions to the Business market in Western Victoria and we are currently seeking motivated ICT Sales professional's to join our growing team.
We have multiple roles that will be working with both our existing customer's and also sourcing new clients in both small and large business, providing Telecommunications & IT solutions that will assist their business needs. Whilst experience in the ICT industry is desirable the right candidate will have a good understanding of the regional business market and the challenges they face and have the ability to provide products & solutions to assist these challenges.
To be successful in this role, the following criteria are essential:
- A true HUNTER who thrives on business development and cold calling
- Be able to generate your own pipeline and create your own leads and referrals.
- Very proactive, a real self starter and have proven B2B sales experience with a strong customer service focus
- Driven to reach targets and sales goals
- Be highly organised and diligent in customer follow up
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Deliver excellent customer service
The role requires you to:
- Be whole of business solution sales oriented
- Operate with integrity and a positive attitude at all times
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and present written proposals for clients
- Have a full drivers licence as you will spend 80% of your time on the road meeting clients face to face to propose solutions and close sales
- Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Be a highly motivated self starter
- Be confident, ambitious and hardworking
