Toyota Fleet Management is one of Australia's leading providers of fleet management products and services.  Furthermore we are the only fleet management organisation in Australia with the security of the world's largest car manufacturer.

Our NSW Fleet Sales team located in Woolooware are currently seeking to appoint a Sales Support Representative on a 9 month Temporary basis.
 
 
Reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing quotes and processing customer orders.
  • Respond to and take ownership of customer enquiries to ensure that seamless quality service is always delivered whilst developing rapport and open communication with all customers
  • Manage and provide fleet reporting including invoicing
  • Supporting a portfolio of corporate customers for financing and fleet management.
To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Solid administration skills
  • Some exposure/experience in Fleet management
  • Advanced PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
  • Previous experience working in a sales team preferable
