The Role:
Cass Brothers has an opportunity for a Trade Counter Salesperson at their Petersham store. You will work as part of a team to deliver expert service. This is a full-time role, 5 days per week. Applicants must be able to work Saturdays with a rostered day off through the week.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Customer service
- Assisting Trade and Retail customers with the purchasing of products
- Answering phones
- Stocking shelves
Candidates must have:
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Be well presented and a supportive team player
- Be self-motivated
- General computer skills
Previous retail or sales experience in the Plumbing industry, with knowledge of plumbing products, is an advantage but not essential. On the job training will be provided.
