Established in 1993, the Complete Group incorporates Complete Portables, Complete Site Services, and Complete Haulage & Complete Asset Management Services. The Complete Group, based in Wattleup, specialise in the manufacture of transportable site accommodation for mining and construction sites and the manufacture and hire of portable building and ablution solutions for the mining, residential building, construction, government and special events industries. In addition, Complete Group provide a fully integrated transport and maintenance service for the assets they manufacture.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Sales for Plant Hire will continue to grow our brand and strengthen existing relationships, while constantly working to identify and develop new business for The Complete Group products and services within the building and various construction sectors.

This role includes working in close co-operation with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of quality products that meet the expectations and timeframes of our clients.

This is an autonomous role where you will be expected to independently manage your time, proactively attend to client queries/briefings, manage follow up actions and develop business leads through to completion.

Consistent compliance with the Company's Values and Quality Management systems is an expectation of all employees at The Complete Group.

Supported by experienced team members, other key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing internal procedures, contracts, risk management, QHS compliance;
  • Input to marketing strategies;
  • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction through enhancing the clients quality and service experience;
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Demonstrate an overriding commitment to Health and Safety.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in new business development and/or account management.  Experience in the construction or hire industries will be viewed favourably, however this should not deter a results orientated and customer focused sales professional from applying.

You will display strong leadership attributes, a passion for excellence and the ability to identify opportunity and take action.  As part of our commitment to Health & Safety, the successful candidate will need to undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen and police clearance.
