Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic sales representative to manage and get sale opportunities over the line as well as provide support to the other members of the sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Answering inbound phone calls from existing/prospective clients that wish to find out more information about b2b and b2c marketing services

·         Making outbound calls to warm leads about our marketing services and packages

·         Persistently following up with clients about our products and services

·         Recognising and acting upon sales opportunities

·         General administration and tracking of sales 

·         Effectively engaging with clients and leads whilst meeting weekly sales KPIs

You are someone with:

·         Preferably at least 2 years of experience in sales (candidates 2-3 years of sales experience, especially over the phone (including but not limited to call centre roles) will be highly regarded, or a Masters Degree in Marketing)

·         Superior organisational and time management skills

·         An ability to prioritise demands efficiently and effectively

·         An aptitude and desire for learning new skills with a 'can do' attitude

·         Confidence in interacting and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders

·         A proven track record of meeting deadlines and timetables

·         Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Exceptional attention to detail, goal orientated and solution focussed

·         Customer service focus especially over the phone in a professional manner and attend to any concerns/questions as soon as possible

·         A desire to become a team player who is enthusiastic and willing to learn and grow

·         Self-motivation, confidence, initiative and creativity

·         Client orientated and dedicated to their work

·         Two years of marketing sales experience is highly desirable

·         Second to none phone and customer service etiquette with high levels of persistence and perseverance to get the sale
