This a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team based in sunny Townsville. Your area will cover Townsville surrounds to Mount Isa, bringing the unique value offering of this company to clients in the region.

Your new role
You will take full ownership of executing a targeted territory business plan with the focus on developing and maintaining valuable relationships with clients. You will nurture your client connections and implement effective call cycles that add value to your market. A leader in your field, you will demonstrate your commercial sensibility by listening and responding to client needs with a solutions minded approach. You will constantly be sharing your market expertise with your clients and have an understanding of the activity of your competitors to maintain the market leading position of your brand. This role will also require a great deal of collaboration with your local and interstate team to achieve consistent success.


What you'll need to succeed

You are a passionate and engaging sales professional who loves to learn and succeed! You'll be excited by the innovative offering of this global company and work to represent the brand in North Queensland. You'll also love working collaboratively and have a skill set that enables you to deliver strong and consistent sales outcomes.
You will be commercially minded and can demonstrate a track record of innovative business development at an area/territory level. You internal drive and motivation is critical to this role and you will be valued for the new ideas you bring into the business. A background in industrial business development would be an advantage but is not essential.
