Campaign Executive

The Campaign Executive is responsible for delivering administrative and sales support to sales management and sales teams and oversee the daily running of the sales administration department. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, are proactive and thrive on a busy work environment. Some key responsibilities include:

• Manage the daily activities of the Sales Administration/Coordinators team and cover for leave of absences.
• Assist in supporting and developing the Direct Sales Coordinators.
• Quality checking of Sales Coordinators presentations to market to ensure they remain customer focused and market leading.
• Ensure Sales Coordinators acquire a solid understanding of the operational procedures and processes through training and development.
• Where required, arrange, implement and project manage sales functions and events internally and externally.
• Deliver a high level of client service, engagement and administrative support at all times.
• Typing and preparation of presentations, proposals, solutions briefs and responses as required by Sales Management.
• Create, generate and maintain all forms of sales data
• Assist sales staff in generating survey data, reports, graphs, information and statistics.
• Ensure all client material (commercials) is on station and ready to air for campaigns daily. Attention to detail for material instructions (MI’s) is critical throughout this process.
• Compilation of paperwork and follow-up of, online, on-air client promotions and sponsorships (including contra paperwork).
• Recruit, train and motivate all direct reports in consultation with the Sales Director, Group Sales Manager and P&C, as required.

 
To be successful in this position, you will have:
 

• Mandatory – Year 12 or equivalent schooling
• Preferred – University Degree in Marketing or Business equivalent
• Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office and in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Customer Service or Administrator roles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and have a high standard of quality in all written material and presentations.
• Self-motivated and drive / Punctuality and reliable
