Our Sydney team is rapidly growing and we are recruiting for a Bid and Partnerships Manager to support this growth. The role requires working closely with existing and potential clients and internal teams and alliance partners.
You will be excited by the opportunity to:
- Support the identification of business opportunities and research procuring organisations as well as competitors to inform the qualification process and preparation of our strategy and bid responses.
- Collaborate with team members and partners to work through and respond to the bid process.
- Coordinate meetings and checkpoints to ensure all documentation required for bid submissions is compliant, delivered on time, evidence-rich, well-argued and attractively presented.
- Coordinate commercial negotiations and presentations.
- Support Business and Client Services relationship functions including stakeholder and partner related activities.
- Act as an ambassador for Informed Solutions.
- Mentor and support other team members.
Your skills will include:
- Degree level qualification.
- Previous experience in a bid management type role, ideally in the IT, software or technology sectors.
- Experience of working within a proposals/bidding environment.
- Outstanding communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
