Sales Representative
The Account Manager will work closely with our existing sales team sourcing new business, managing & retaining existing accounts. The role requires an experienced team player with a proven track record in all aspects of transport & logistics within the civil construction industry.
Our preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate a work history highlighted by the following attributes;
- Solutions driven and strong problem solving skills
- Have an exceptional attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and be results driven with exceptional organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent telephone manner
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
- Work both autonomously & collaboratively in a small close knit team
- Possess a strong work ethic, with references
- Demonstrated ability to repeatedly achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as per budgeted expectations.
- To ensure efficient and reliable high levels of service to all accounts.
Essential skill set
- Knowledge of Civil Construction Industry
- Transport or Logistics / Operations background
- A proven track record of business development and or account management in the building and or civil construction industry
- Project management / customer service skills
