About the Company
City Subaru is an area icon, with the dealership located in the heart of Victoria Park Café precinct on Albany Hwy. City Subaru is currently going through its biggest expansion since original construction, onsite Used Cars will double and a satellite site will be open only 200 to 300 meters away. We anticipate this site will increase to over 100 cars per month. Subaru itself is constantly changing model brand, hot off the back of recently release XV and soon to be released class leading 5th generation Forester. The dealership also has a high number of loyal staff members who have been with the company for many years.
About the Role
You will be the sole Aftercare Consultant, responsible for selling aftermarket products, ranging from Tints, Surface Coatings, Warranties and other such items. You will be working alongside the New Car Manager, Used Car Manager and their associate Sales Teams. You will work together to reach monthly sales targets defined by market conditions/dealership capabilities, also be responsible for maintaining your Sales Tracker and a Delivery Schedule. This is a prime opportunity for you to take the next step in your career or if you're just looking for a new challenge. The backup and support from New and Used Car Managers are second to none, with the support at the top coming from your DP who understands the importance of this department to the overall Dealership.
You
We are seeking a very self-motivated and conscientious individual. We are looking for someone who wants to be at the top of their sales game. This person is driven to reach monthly sales targets, hungry to make money, reliable, likes working in a team environment and takes initiative where possible. You will be given all the support at the backend in relation to the products you sell and sales training. For this role we are looking for someone who has either already been very successful in previous sales roles, previously worked in cars (not mandatory) but overall the right person. Show us you’re hungry for the role and you will be the successful candidate.
