Big Splash Media is a communications company that is a little bit different. We have designed campaigns and cross media platforms for a large variety of organisations.

We have launched magazines and websites. We do radio and video.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager selling across a range of online and print products in lifestyle, finance, food and travel.

Potential to earn great $$$ commission and work with some creative journalists and sales executives in a fun environment.

You'll be highly motivated, tenacious and hungry for success. You are also creative and love coming up with solutions yourself.

You don't mind making a high volume of calls and cross-selling into print and digital in our areas of expertise, which includes travel and personal finance.

Working closely with the commercial director and Publisher, you will be rewarded for growing revenue through existing clients as well as sourcing new business and ideas.

You'll get great advice for some highly experiences executives and plenty of support.

You'll help us ensure our clients have a great experience with us, from reporting on performance to billing.

You will have

· An understanding of print and digital media

· Some sales experience and presentation skills

· Ability to nurture existing accounts as well as develop new relationships and prospects

· Written and computer skills including Excel, Power point and data basing

· Persistent and persuasive attitude

· Strong customer service skills

· Details oriented character 

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A base salary and attractive commission incentives will be offered to the right person.
