AZL is a leader in the Australian Scaffolding and framework industry. The company has been experiencing rapid growth in the last 4-5 years, and now have three offices in NSW, VIC and QLD. We need top players to join our sales team to take us to the next level.

About you:

  • You genuinely love helping people and able to build rapport with people from all walks of life.  
  • You understand how to interpret and break down financial target into achievable objectives and tasks. 
  • You are an effective planner. As the next sales superstar, how you use your time will decide how much you earn. 
  • You are comfortable with closing sales, and you must enjoy the close and be extremely good at it.
  • Your ability to adapt and learn is crucial to your success. 
  • You are resilient, never take a no for an answer and able to handle rejections well. 

  
It is essential that you have at least 3-year sales experience preferably in B2B sales, and able to demonstrate your ability in prospecting, managing leads, developing the value proposition, building and maintaining relationships and closing sales. 

It is desirable if you have experience in the building and construction industry or/and have quality contacts in the industry. 

Base salary up to 90K depending on your previous experience and track record plus attractive comms and bonus scheme. We classify our account managers in 3 different tiers, show us how good you are, and we will reward you accordingly.

The average OTE of the role ranges from 100-130K, top sales at AZL earn over 150K. As we continue to grow, this number can only get higher.
