POSITION - ACCOUNT MANAGER / BDM


What are the good things about this role?

  • MIXED ROLE - The role is 50% working with clients on renewals, while the other half of the role is finding out if the client could use other solutions while trying to leverage the client's relationships or customers to refer new business opportunities for yourself. You will be building relationships by selling a mix of both transactional products as well as solutions with a longer sales cycle which means you will get a good mix of quick commissions and big deals coming in.

  • FACE TO FACE SALES - This is a client facing sales role where you are selling face to face to a portfolio of white collar business services / professional services companies such as recruitment agencies, information / market research companies, IT businesses, banking and finance. You will have the autonomy to run your role in your own fashion but always have the necessary support from management and support team staff who are at your service.

  • UNCAPPED COMMS STRUCTURE - The role has an outstanding, achievable commission structure that will enable you to achieve that $150K-$200K OTE mark.

CANDIDATE


To be considered you must have the following:

  • Previous experience in Account Management or Business Development in any sort of white collar industry such as (IT, Information Providers, Software, Finance, Insurance, Recruitment, Advertising)

  • Good career longevity

  • Proactive and relationship building attitude that is eager to make high earning

  • You must have the desire to stay with a company and build a long-term career with our client as they are looking for people that want to be leaders and high achievers.

SALARY

Salary dependent on experience, Base is between $90k to $110k + $15k Car Allowance + Uncapped Comms OTE $150K 1st year / 2nd year $200K.
