REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
RACV is embarking on an exciting transformational adventure that has revolutionised the look and feel of the Member Service Delivery (MSD) division. To support our transformation, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic retail network.
The scope of the role is delivering on challenging sales targets whilst at the same time continuously identifying process improvement opportunities and initiatives to streamline practices.
No two days will ever be the same as you will divide your time equally across four RACV stores mainly located in Regional Victoria providing support, coaching and training to your team of self-managed consultants.
Your advanced planning and organisational skills coupled with strong leadership and management skills will see you lead, motivate and drive results from your remote teams.
Solid leadership experience will see you being an expert in driving your team’s performance, you will be adaptive and capable of hitting the ground running. Leadership experience in a retail environment will be highly regarded.
As our new Regional Manager, you will never be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and feel comfortable with change being the only constant. You will challenge the status quo when needed and bring a portfolio of sales methodologies and best practices to the role along with exceptional verbal and written communications and the ability to think outside of the box. Strong business acumen, relationship management and influencing skills are fundamental to this role.
