This leader in specialising in fluid power/Hydraulics products and services to a variety of commercial industrial and mining markets, seeks the services of an experienced "hands on" Branch Manager that can also manage existing accounts based at their Blackwater branch.
In this dynamic, challenging and fast paced role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts whilst idendifying and developing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Blackwater branch making sure that all operational facets of a remote branch are adhered to completely and successfully.
So that you yourself are able to make the transition smoothly, you will possess the following key attributes:
- Previous sales/account management experience within the industrial sector
- A demonstrated industrial/mechanical sales history
- An appreciation or basic understanding of Hydraulics/Fluid Power, Connectors, Hoses, Seals, etc.
- The ability to work closely with operational staff
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and calculations
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
- A willingness and desire to continue learning.
