The Enterprise Account Manager establishes, maintains and enhances relationships with strategically important customers. The Enterprise Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to the assigned customer group, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by OFX.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with the Head of Enterprise sales to support the entire sales process: prospecting > closure > pilot deployment > managing customer relationships long-term
  • Establish productive, professional working relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of the OFX business groups, including product, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts 
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the short and medium term
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary OFX business groups.

What you’ll bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications

Knowledge, skills, experience

  • 8+ years’ experience within a sales environment
  • Proven sales / account management skills including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in growing existing customer accounts
  • Experience in managing large key customer accounts
  • Ability to motivate and manage indirect teams of employees across multiple functions.
  • Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
  • Appreciation of the value/importance of the account, coupled with the ability to balance the needs of the organisation and the client's organisation.
