We are a highly reputable national training organisation seeking an energetic, highly motivated sales driven BDM to grow new business.

The Position:
An exciting full-time opportunity exists in our Melbourne Head Office for an experienced Sales Professional who is a great networker and communicator to join our team.
You will have experience with B2B sales, particularly to HR, OHS/Safety and Well-being roles.
Using your strong consultative selling skills, you will be responsible for growing the market share, client base and revenue for our workplace mental health training.
You will be a dynamic, results driven and sales focused individual with strong networking skills, the ability to generate leads, build new relationships and close the deal.
Your profile
- Demonstrated skills and experience in developing new business in a corporate B2B sales role with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience selling to OHS/Safety and Well-being and HR Managers
- Ability to cold call, generate own leads, present in a professional manner both in person and via telephone
- Demonstrated ability to convert new prospects into sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet KPI's and sales targets
- Demonstrated networking skills and ability to foster new high-level business relationships
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise work and multi task
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
