The Client:

Our client is a market Leading Global Organisation specialising in the delivery of a variety of Facilities Maintenance Services. Having recently gone through some changes in senior management they are well financed and are reputed throughout their industry as delivering the best service levels within their sector. They have seen steady growth in both revenues and GP in recent years and now looking to recruit a BDM to target accounts in key verticals in Sydney's Southern Suburbs & the Shire. 

 

The Role:

You will be based in the Sydney's Southern Suburbs or the Shire and the focus of your customer base is in this area, however, you will be required to travel regionally on occasion. The role will be focused on networking around a portfolio of commercial and government end users from a single site Hospitals or University to Manufacturing facilities or multi-site retailers. You will be responsible for identifying the key decision makers, establishing the buying cycles and the key requirements and ultimately winning the business. They have a strong brand in the market and invest considerable funds into generating incoming enquiries and brand awareness through marketing and advertising so the fact that you will be representing the market leader will be of paramount importance to your ability to hit your targets. As such this is a key role and requires an exceptionally strong candidate to fit the role.

 

The Candidate:

You will be a seasoned professional, you will thrive in a senior role where you are able to structure and implement your own go-to-market strategy. It is also likely that you will also have experience in selling a solution based service, facilities service and/or service contracts, however, direct industry experience is not a pre-requisite if you can demonstrate high-level service-based B2B sales experience. You will relish an uncapped commission structure and will be looking to join a market leading business that is growing rapidly and recognises the importance of recruiting the best talent available.
