Our client is a NASDAQ listed, global software as a service (SaaS) leader that has transformed the vertical marketplace that they operate in. The service links millions of consumers to the hundreds of thousands of clients that they support. 

Their app/platform enables their business customers to attract consumers, customise the app to their brand, run marketing campaigns, take online bookings across multiple sites, payments and a whole range of automation tools.

Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the functions essential to sales productivity and client success. 

They will be responsible for sales support and operational activities, including analytics, dashboards & reporting, CRM, and other sales enablement tools including but not limited to their sales acceleration platform, call centre solution and their lead distribution platform.

This includes:

  • Ensuring that Salesforce CRM is used in the most efficient and effective manner - including providing support and training to the team
  • Master and ensure proper execution of sales enablement tools.
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager and Data Science to develop relevant dashboards and analytics, proactively providing insight into the performance of the Sales Team and identifying areas for focus and prioritisation, 
  • Partner with Learning and Development on sales training related to tools or process.
  • Serve as a technical resource to the sales team on demos and presentations.
  • Review and approve all non-standard revenue deals
  • Will re-route, upload, and assign leads to sales reps and managers. 

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales operations / sales support role
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge
  • Ability to assess subscriber business requirements and recommend proper product solutions
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Must be an extremely well organised team player 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
