Excellent opportunity for a proven Business Development Manager to join a market leading supplier of glass products as part of their growing NSW team.

Client Details

My client is a well-established Australian owned business with operations on a national level. Having recently installed dedicated warehousing and distribution in NSW they are looking to expand their sales team within the state and focus on penetrating new markets. With an excellent product range and market leading service offering they are poised to dramatically increase their market share.

Description

The role will be primarily focused on new business acquisition within the commercial glass space, some of the core aspects of the position will be as follows:

• Use of tools such as BCI and Cordell’s to identify leads within the commercial construction market.

• Educate customer base on both product and service offerings

• Maintain strong commercial relationships with existing clientele as well as focusing on the generation of long term new business opportunities.

• Achieve gross profit and sales revenue targets

Profile

My client is open to a variety of experience levels and background, however the successful candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• Experience of driving new business through specification.

• Understanding of the technical aspects of glass and experience in glass products

• Track record of generating revenue through relationship driven sales.
