Due to strong growth since our inception just over seven years ago, The Andersen Partnership is now recruiting five positions for ambitious, confident, tenacious, intelligent and competitive individuals who are looking to embark on a successful career in consulting and sales.  Many of our graduates from last year have already earned over $120k in their first year which just shows what can be achieved here.

The Andersen Partnership is an ANZ recruitment business specialising in the introduction of executive professionals across a number of industry sectors including accounting, financial services, insurance, superannuation & wealth management

Based in superb new fit out offices in the CBD, this trainee programme will provide you all the skills and support necessary to become a successful 360 degree recruitment consultant.

You do not need to have previous experience in, just be confident in your own ability, competitive by nature, comfortable talking on the phone, entrepreneurial by nature and want to earn money.

Key Responsibilities of the role include;

• Interviewing and assessing executive candidates
• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Business Development with existing and new clients
• Attending client meetings
• Actively sourcing candidates through social media
• Managing the offer process
• Attending industry networking events
