The position
Due to business growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Professional to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating new leads and winning new contracts within a business to business environment.
The sales process may involve a number of consultations with multiple stakeholders, the delivery of business cases, proposals/tenders and presentations, as well as contract negotiation.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the experience, skills and attributes below:
- Strong relationship building and communication skills critical – ability to deal with professionals at all levels
- Success in providing a consultative approach way of selling
- Familiar with the recruitment and screening process and requirements for Australia
- Experience in selling human resources services
- Experience in writing tender responses desired but not necessary
- A HR developed network of contacts will also be highly regarded
- Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft Office
- Motivated, Committed, Integrity and a Team player
Requirements
- Profile is someone with 2-5 years experience in recruitment or selling to Talent management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
