Established since 1986, Coadys are a generalist Recruitment Agency based in Chatswood.  Our small, friendly team are well known for providing a highly personalised, ethical and professional service to our diverse client base, recruiting positions from Junior Admin through to Middle & Senior Management as well as Technical positions in IT and other niche sectors.  Our Clients span across all industries - Technology, Engineering, Medical & Pharmaceutical, Education, Travel and more - no day is the same!
  
Due to growth of the business over the last 12 months and some upcoming Maternity leave for our Senior Consultant, we are looking for someone to join our team to manage existing Client Relationships.  In an end-to-end Consulting role where full training can be provided in the specifics of recruitment processes, you will have the support of an Admin Assistant / Resourcer to assist with most aspects of in-house processes however you will have accountability for the following:- 

• Maintaining and expanding relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
• Taking detailed job briefs (either over phone / email and in person where possible), developing a strong understanding of both mainstream and unique / niche positions
• Creating advertisements for job boards and social media
• Conducting proactive and detailed searches via LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search and our extensive in-house Database to source and identify candidates suited to vacant roles and the broader business
• Screening candidate applications, interviewing and referring candidates
• Coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries and liaising between clients and candidates as required
• Reference checking, presenting job offers and mediating start dates
• Supporting other Consultants/Recruitment processes (including temporary desk) as and when required  

Our ideal new team member will be a confident, articulate and savvy Client Relationship professional who enjoys working in a small team environment.  You will be driven and self-motivated with the ability to communicate at all levels of candidates and corporate clients; excellent written English skills are fundamental for frequent email correspondence with clients, writing candidate summaries and advertisements.  
  
Remuneration for the role is competitive (including base salary commensurate with experience, superannuation and commissions) and we are based close to Chatswood rail line.  We enjoy a friendly and down-to-earth workplace and whilst we're often extremely busy, we ensure we head out for team lunches regularly. 
  
The position is available as either a contract or a permanent position (further details provided to shortlisted candidates) and attracts a strong base salary commensurate with experience and the opportunity to earn commission.
