As a Business Sales Professional at Officeworks, you pick up the phone and you meet face to face with local businesses, optimising existing accounts and generating new business. You are skilled at determining the customers goals and how Officeworks can best support them. Your strength is negotiation with an ability to effectively educate and influence the customer.
We are Australia's leading retailer and supplier of office products and solutions for customers. As part of the larger Wesfarmers group, we have an extensive national footprint of more than 160 retail stores with an exciting and growing online and B2B offer.
Specific responsibilities include:
- New business acquisition
- Optimisation of existing accounts
- Providing a tailored office supplies solutions based on your customer’s needs
- Effective stakeholder management skills
To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated face to face Sales experience in a B2B environment
- Capability to provide a tailored solution to a varied customer base
- Ability to develop sales cycles reflective of your customers’ requirements
- Sound business acumen with the ability to make commercially viable business decisions.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and strong time management skills
