In line with our ongoing commitment to ‘service excellence’, an exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic customer service professional to support our Plantation team as a Casual Display Home Sales Assistant. This is a hands-on role, so you’ll need an excellent customer service background, with a bright and bubbly personality and a genuine interest in people.

This role is to be based out of our beautiful Display Centre to be based in Harmony Estate (Palmview) near Sunshine Coast.

Currently the shifts required are: Saturday & Sunday (10.00am to 5.00pm approx.)

Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to the shift requirements.

Your tasks will include: displaying our beautiful display homes for our valued customer; marketing stock control; ad-hoc reporting; and supporting our talented sales consultants. The position is best suited to a flexible individual who is available on weekends, enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability to effectively self-manage to the highest standards required by Plantation Homes.

To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Interest/Passion for a long term career in New Home Sales.
• Experience in real estate, construction or new home sales (desirable)
• Excellent time management & organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all types of people.
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Some knowledge or experience of the construction industry would be useful however is not essential.
