The opportunity
Reporting to the National Relationship Manager, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Global Credit & Surety Team in our Sydney office. In this role you will be responsible for executing our General Distribution strategy by developing new and existing relationships with intermediaries in order to profitably grow the business and meet sales and growth targets.
What does success look like?
- Broad knowledge of Insurance Sales/Business development experience
- Proven ability to deliver on agreed business targets
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Underwrite New Business in accordance with organisational policy and underwriting standards.
- Customer service and relationship building skills
