The Institute is currently seeking for a highly motivated and result-driven Senior Manager of International Recruitment to join during our next major development phases.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager of Recruitment is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating recruitment strategies for the Institute in the international market. The role focuses on the recruitment of international students and professional training programs. That will include:
- Execute international strategies and meet targeted deliverables; monitor and evaluation performance against set objectives; and provide timely reports of progress and results to management
- Develop international recruitment market and manage the off-shore team in delivering outstanding performances and achieving set KPIs
- Develop strong business relationships and networks with organisations, agents and key stakeholders; building trust and rapport to successfully engage in business initiatives and agreements
- Manage and coordinate marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the Institute and attract new business and customers
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Must hold a tertiary degree in a related field or extensive professional experience
- 3 - 5 years of student recruitment experience and/or experience in sales, business development and marketing in the education sector
- Demonstrated ability in designing, implementing and evaluating recruitment and sales strategies, particularly in the international market
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Australian higher education system and an understanding of the international education sector
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and to manage to budget
- Outstanding presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours, as required
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and apply initiative
Desirable
- Prior experience working in the Asia market
- Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin

REMUNERATION:
