About the role
As Partnership Manager you will be able to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies for new and existing partners and work closely with the Account Manager to determine the availability of program positions and communicate to existing and potential partners to drive sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner recruitment and management:
- Source, secure and support International market partners
- Train new partners on applicable programs for clear understanding on partner deliverables
- Develop program policies and procedures as required and ensures existing are adhered to
- Maintain close liaison with Account Manager to ensure clear insight into available program opportunities
- Other duties as assigned including but not limited to:
Customer Service and Communication Responsibilities
- Ability to work with multiple cultures and within an international business arena
- Represents Alliance Abroad Australia at trade events
Social Media Management:
- Develop and publish compelling and relevant content across appropriate social media channels to raise the awareness of Alliance Abroad Australia's programs and stimulate user generated content and conversation that supports and drives conversion.

The Candidate:
Knowledge of the Tourism Industry and the following programs/visas and their respective rules and regulations:
- Working Holiday Program (subclass 417 and 462)
- Trainee visa (subclass 407)
- Temporary Skills Shortage visa (subclass 482)
- Student visa (subclass 500)
Strong understanding of program management, project implementation and working within the constraints of a budget
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, remain organized, and make decisions in a fast- paced, deadline sensitive environment
