THE POSITION - ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER
What are the good things about this role?
FACE TO FACE SALES - In this role you will be demonstrate the software / tech platform face to face with customers. You can expect to be out on the road performing 5-10 meetings per week.
HIGH RETENTION = HIGH COMMS - You will get the same commission for re-signing a client as getting a new one. Our client has a 95% retention rates of past clients so that means you will literally be doubling your OTE in the second year.
SUPPORT/ TRAINING - Be ready for a thorough induction that will train you on everything you need to know about software / tech. on top of this you will have a lead generation team helping you set up appointments!

CANDIDATE
To be considered you must have the following:
- At least 2 years B2B Sales experience with a proven track record. If you have worked in professional services, recruitment, technology, advertising or any white collar industry, it will be highly regarded!
NO INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE NEEDED - It is rare to find a company that allows people to enter the tech / software space at this level without prior experience. This is your breakthrough opportunity!

SALARY
Salary dependent on experience, Base is between $90k-$110K + Super + Car Allowance + CBD Parking Space + $150k OTE on the 1st year!
