About the role

As a Business Development Manager you will be required to grow business from our existing customers, including National & Multi National organisations whilst finding new customers; involving prospecting, business presentations, demonstrations, face to face meeting and closing deals.

This is an autonomous role, focused on developing new, strong and long lasting clients to complete your portfolio and drive client success. 

The ideal candidate will be

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years proven success in direct B2B solution selling
  • Ability to bring market and leading practice insights
  • Drive performance through existing relationships while being able to overcome challenges in various contexts
  • High level of presentation and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, forward thinking and sharp mentality
  • Ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels
  • Proven sales track record – meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
