HealthOne is seeking a candidate who is a motivated, passionate and fast-paced individual who can make a real difference servicing pharmacy customers to manage our Victoria North East territory plus one regional trip lasting approximately one week is expected each quarter as well.

About the role:
With an established client base working within a 12 week call cycle, the role will include but is not limited to:

  • Personal ownership of call planner, territory/area and store list;
  • Daily face to face store visits;
  • Sell-in of new products including pharmacy staff training at store level;
  • Distribution checks and ongoing maintenance at stores to ensure product portfolio is compliant;
  • Point of sale merchandising and displays at store level;
  • Relationship building with pharmacy staff;
  • Reporting input into the CRM system, daily sales, training and store visits;
  • Working with IMS data to manage and build territory/area sales.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

  • Must have recent pharmacy sales background, preferably with strong customer relationships;
  • Be motivated, structured and able to work autonomously;
  • Confident - enjoy meeting people and presenting new lines to stores;
  • Willing to learn and to be coached and developed to achieve great results;
  • Have a reliable and safe vehicle.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience gained in the pharmacy channel sales essential;
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Demonstrated success in achieving new business growth;
  • Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers;
  • Ability to negotiate additional product ranging, distribution and off location displays.

About Remuneration:

  • Base salary plus car allowance;
  • Bonus paid upon achieving KPI's.
