About the business 

Our client is an importer, manufacturer and distributor of connectivity solutions for the IT, AV and Datacomm industries is seeking an Internal Sales Support with exceptional customer service.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager in assisting to achieve company targets by reaching out to new and existing customers to aid in securing new and organic sales growth.

  • Attend to all inbound sales enquiries from wholesalers and re-sellers.
  • Make outbound calls to existing client base to organically grow the sales channel.
  • Process email and phone sales orders through NetSuite.
  • Provide pricing on request via email and phone.
  • Liaise with our clients regarding back-orders, lead times and issues affecting delivery of orders.
  • Ensure the company CRM system is maintained with updated information.
  • Provide other admin support as required 

Skills and experience 

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in Sales Support role ideally within the connectivity solutions for IT, AV & Datacom industry.
  • Intermediate computer skills with packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Admin/Accounts (Certificate or Diploma), or equivalent customer service / sales experience
