About the opportunity:
The key purpose of the role of Account Manager is to manage the day to day processes with all retail customers and help manage successful outcomes and sales results ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for a number of other contract manufacturing customers including the industrial channel. This role calls for a problems solver who is confident and resilient.
About you:
- You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Account or Account Executive roles within FMCG sector
- Proven results on Coles, Woolworths or Aldi accounts
- Market research data experience - AZTEC and strong Excel skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with a track record of success
- Exposure to private label is an advantage
